RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
 

This is the Returns and Refund Policy of Nexos Solutions. Please read carefully. If you do not agree with the return & refund policy, please do not use our services and leave the website.

GOODS

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 ( fourteen ) days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. However, it is possible that we will invoice the product in parts if we were able to determine that the product was used in any way within the withdrawal period. Thereupon, the initial transaction costs will be refunded on a pro rata basis.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Dominik Huber, Hubertusweg 36, 89278 Nersingen, Germany, support@nexossolutions.com) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, e-mail or direct contact via our website formular) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this purpose, you may use the enclosed sample revocation form, which, however, is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Digital Products

Please note that your right of withdrawal for a contract for the delivery of digital content not on a physical medium and for the provision of services expires if we have commenced performance of the contract and you have previously 1. you have expressly agreed that we may commence performance of the contract before expiry of the cancellation period, and 2. you have confirmed your knowledge that by giving your consent you lose your right of withdrawal upon commencement of the execution of the contract and at the latest upon complete fulfillment of the contract by us.

CONSEQUENCES OF THE REVOCATION

If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.

The right of withdrawal shall also expire in the case of a contract for the delivery of digital content that is not on a physical data carrier if we have commenced performance of the contract after you have expressly consented to our commencing performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period and have confirmed your knowledge that by consenting you lose your right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance of the contract.
