Who is the responsible party for the recording of data on this website (i.e., the “controller” or “representative”)?

The data on this website is processed by the operator of the website, whose contact information is available under another page called “Imprint”. All the operators are stated as the representitive of this website.

How do we record your data?

We collect your data as a result of your sharing of your data with us. This may, for instance be information you enter into our contact form (When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as first and last name, email address, postal address, phone number, and other similar contact data). Other data shall be recorded by our IT systems automatically or after you consent to its recording during your website visit. Payments

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Stripe (explained further in this policy) stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction/s.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. We currently accept the following forms of payment:

These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. What are the purposes we use your data for?

A portion of the information is generated to guarantee the error free provision of the website. Other data may be used to analyze your user patterns to optimize our sites & services. We collect payment data if you make a payment through our payment process. All payment data is stored by our payment processor (mainly through Shopify) and you should review its privacy policies and contact the payment processor directly to respond to your questions. We assume that all personal data has been filled out truthfully and may use your information to fulfill and manage your orders properly. Payments, returns, and exchanges made through the sites. You data may be used when legal requests need the data to inspect the cases only upon request. In another case, we may use your personal information to analyse, identify trends and to evaluate/improve our services, products and sites.

What rights do you have as far as your information is concerned?

You have the right to receive information about the source, recipients, and purposes of your archived personal data at any time without having to pay a fee for such disclosures. You also have the right to demand that your data are rectified or eradicated. Security and information protection

All payment processing is conducted via Stripe and we never have access to your payment data. We do not store your passwords, and encrypt all sensitive keys. External Hosting of the website

This website is hosted by an external service provider (host). Personal data collected on this website are stored on the servers of the host. Data transfer upon closing of contracts for online stores, retailers, and the shipment of merchandise

We share personal data with third parties only if this is necessary in conjunction with the handling of the contract; for instance, with companies entrusted with the shipment of goods or the financial institution tasked with the processing of payments. Any further transfer of data shall not occur or shall only occur if you have expressly consented to the transfer. Payment services

We integrate payment services of third-party companies on our website.
